1. We request the courtesy of a twenty-four hour notice in the event a service appointment needs to be cancelled. A 24 hour cancellation notice is required or 50% of the total service will be charged. A 100% no-show fee will apply in the event advanced cancellation notice is not given. Appointments booked the same day of service will be assessed a no-show fee should cancellation become necessary. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Appointments for 3 or more

services must be prepaid (non-refundable) with a credit card, check or cash. Please arrive at the spa a minimum of 30 minutes prior to your first treatment. For subsequent treatments, in order to truly relax during your spa experience, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. This will allow time to change and begin your relaxation therapy with a cup of herbal tea. Late arrivals will still finish at the scheduled time, while the normal treatment fee remains unchanged. For parties of 2 or more, 48 hour cancellation will be required. Reservations are subject to availability. We recommend that you schedule your spa treatments/services at least 5-6 weeks in advance so that we can meet your scheduling requests.

 

2. Our salon is reserved for your pampering and the pampering of others. Unless your child has an appointment for a service, we ask you to provide for their care elsewhere while you are here. Day care is available, ask the spa coordinators for more information.

 

3. Spa guests must be 17 years of age. Minors may have treatments but must be accompanied by a parent and have a signed waiver.

 

4. As in all service-related businesses, it is common practice to tip the person who had done a good job to the satisfaction of the customer. The rule of thumb in day spas is 18% or more of the cost of service. Evelopes will be available at the front desk when you check out if you would like to place the gratuity into one with the therapist's name. You do not have to carry money around with you while enjoying the spa facilities. You can also ask a spa coordinator at checkout to add a

percentage of gratuity to your bill if you prefer.

 

5. Gift certificates for services or retail purchases are available in any dollar amount and expire one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates must be presented at time of service. If you do not have your gift certificate with you, you will be expected to make payment before you leave. Gift certificates are like cash and are not replaceable if it is lost or stolen. If exchange exceeds amount of certificate, customer is required to pay additional charges.

 

6. To preserve our tranquil setting, and as a courtesy to our guests we ask that cell phones and paging devices be turned off during your visit with us. We also ask that you maintain quiet conversations in all areas of the spa.

 

7. Bridal parties: We are able to give estimates on wedding party hair design and makeup application. However, please be advised that depending on circumstances, the estimate could be more or less. Wedding parties accommodated before or after regular business hours will have additional charges. A deposit is required on wedding parties and all large parties.

 

8. Day use lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing or accessories. Please keep all valuables with you during your pampering visit to Pharmaskincare. As many treatments require you to remove your jewelry, in order to enjoy a relaxing day with us we suggest you leave your jewelry at home.

 

9. All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

ATTENTION: It is of extreme importance that you advise us of any illness, injury, allergies, contraindications or change in your status prior to booking any body treatments to insure that our services do not, in any way, interfere with any medical issues that you might have. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us for assistance.

Return/Refund Policy

You may return unopened product within 30 days and opened product within 24 hours of purchasing with the original receipt. In the event you do not have the original receipt you will be issued a merchandise credit. The purchase price will be refunded in the medium of purchase (cash, credit card, or gift card). Items purchased by check may be returned for cash after 10 business days.

$30.00 charge on all returned checks.

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash or checks are accepted for payment of services.
